The Capital Real Estate Agency was born from the experience of the Tubino family which since the end of the 80s has always dealt with real estate brokerage in the private sector with professionalism, confidentiality and seriousness finding itself today, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Mauro Tubino and over 40 activity in the sector, to be a point of reference for the search for properties in our main operational and interest areas involving the city of Rapallo, the Gulf of Tigullio and its prestigious locations such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Zoagli and Sestri Levante.

Our real estate management provides a wide selection of private properties that allows us to differentiate our offer by including both properties and apartments purchased as a second home by the sea, and properties and apartments in which we invest as a first home purchase up to to arrive at prestigious properties such as important independent or historic villas.
